Pavel Cenkl is Associate Dean of Academics, Professor of Environmental Humanities, and Director of Athletics at Sterling College, Vermont. In my professional and personal life, I aspire to combine a life-long passion and professional dedication to teaching, advocacy, athletics, and the environment to authentically moving forward our global conversation about building a more resilient relationship with the environment. Since 2014, I have been engaged in the Climate Run project, which leverages endurance athletics in northern environments as a way to inspire individual, community, and ecological resilience.
