Oladipupo Oyeleye is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of English, University of
Wisconsin-Madison. Oladipupo studies Post-2000 African and African diasporic literature and music through the prism of Afropolitanism as a theory of reading Global Africa. Oladipupo holds Masters degrees in English and African American studies.
Oladipupo is also a blogger, and an advocate for connecting scholarship in the Humanities to the needs of the public. He currently works at the Center for the Public Humanities as the Public Humanities Exchange Program (HEX-U) coordinator for undergraduates at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Oladipupo works with HEX-U scholars to design and implement community projects that draw upon humanities scholarship and methods.
