    The Department of Slavic and Eastern European Languages and Cultures at Indiana University, Bloomington announces a one-year visiting assistant professor position in Russian literature and culture for the 2018–19 academic year, beginning August 1, 2018. The successful candidate should have native or near-native Russian and English and an attractive research agenda. The 2/2 teaching load will include core undergraduate offerings in 19th century Russian literature along with specialized seminars and mentoring at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. The Ph.D. must have been earned by the starting date. Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
