    The University of Waterloo Library seeks a creative, dynamic and user focused librarian for the position of Liaison Librarian, French, German & Slavic, Spanish and Latin American Studies. The Librarian will support the mission and strategic goals of the Library and the University of Waterloo by establishing strong collaborative relationships with faculty members and students in French, German & Slavic, Spanish and Latin American Studies and connecting them to the services, content, and tools that meet their research, teaching, and learning needs. The Librarian will build and curate collections in all formats and support a program of extensive outreach, instruction and consultation; develop and deliver responsive and innovative research support and information services and collaborate with colleagues and engage with users on library initiatives. This position is member of the Dana Porter Information Services and Resources department (ISR), and reports to the Department Head, Porter ISR.
