    The Department of History at Connecticut College invites applicants for a one-year visiting position in modern European History, beginning in July 1, 2017. Candidates should have expertise in modern European history; preference will be given to candidates who can teach one or two courses on Russia and/or the Soviet Union. The teaching load for the position is three courses per semester. This is a benefits eligible position. PhD preferred, but ABD will be considered.
