The Central Eurasian Studies Summer Institute (CESSI) is still accepting applications for Title VIII Fellowships to study intensive Kazakh, Tajik, Uyghur, and Uzbek at the University of Wisconsin-Madison this summer. Applications for the remaining fellowships will be accepted on a rolling basis, so potential applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. U.S. citizens who are graduate students or working professionals (any sector, including government, non-profit, education, and business) are eligible to apply. Fellowships cover full tuition for the summer, plus a $2,500 stipend for living expenses.
