The National Council for Eurasian and East European Research (NCEEER) welcomes applications to its Title VIII grant programs: the National Research Competition and the Short-Term Travel Grant Program. All applicants must be US citizens and PhD holders. The deadline for all programs is December 31, 2018. Application forms can be downloaded at http://www.nceeer.org.
