    Abstract:
Spanish Abstract: ´Peeping Tom´ (dir. Michael Powell, 1960), a classic of cult film, we experience an immersion in an intense metafilmic experience. By means of mediatic accumulation, repetition, semiotic-perceptual insertion, frames within frames, and almost infinite reflexivity, this film admirably exploits the basic semiotics of cinema, its elementary relience upon covert peeping, its patterns of identification, and the way the use of the camera guides and organizes our passive experience. (A retropost from 2011).
