    Abstract:
Neuss: Bruno Buike 2017, 37 p. - E19 -- full title: Ungarische Musik und Musik in Ungarn- Hungarian music and music in Hungary - lexical screen – de/en - based on a report by the Hungarian Institute for Culture under the roof of the Hungarian Embassy to Germany - and therefor covering some more actual phenomens from music-business in Hungary - There is MISSING something IMPORTANT, which is: Since 1990 the HUNGARIAN GYPSI MUSIC is DYING - partly because the former State-support has stopped, partly because "tourists today" prefer other sounds. In numbers: From former30 or so "Gypsi-Cafes in Budapest" today - 2021 - is ONE surviving ... and only ONE school for Gypsi-training is struggling for survival ...
