- Spanish abstract: Un comentario sobre la resistencia al uso de las TICs y las redes sociales disponibles para promover un diálogo abierto y público en la Universidad pública española (más en concreto la de Zaragoza), en el contexto de las reformas de la educación superior en 2005. Y una reflexión sobre las inadecuadas nociones de servicio público y de responsabilidad pública que subyacen a semejantes actitudes secretistas. _________________________________________________________________________________ English abstract: A comment on the resistance to the use of available ICT and social networks to foster an open and public discussion in the Spanish public university (more specifically the University of Zaragoza), in the context of the ongoing reform of higher studies in 2005. And a reflection on the inadequate notion of public service and public accountability underlying such secretive attitudes.
