    Abstract:
    Curatorial note from Digital Pedagogy in the Humanities: This artifact is an outline for a course on applied project management that includes the course textbook and readings, assignments, and assessment tools. The topics covered within the course include various components of a project plan, including project description, risk, stakeholder identification, and project reflection. The primary focus of the course is an experiential activity where students must develop and execute a real project plan. As outlined in the syllabus, the use of this type of activity is designed to provide a richer learning environment than would be possible with hypothetical projects. This learning allows for reflection on the real work challenges that make project management both rewarding and frustrating at the same time.
