- Course Description: In a rapidly changing digital era, the need for information professionals to keep up-to-date with the requirements and expectations around the development of digital collections is imperative. The course serves as an introduction and overview to the research, development, application and practice of creating and sustaining digital collections. This course will explore the many different aspects of digital collection development. Issues and trends influencing the development of digital collections will be examined.
