- Abstract:
- This work intends to perform two difficult operations. The first and easiest is to present to the reader a summary of the status questionis of the whole discussion concerning the theology of religions, bringing into the light all that has already been produced on the subject according to theological positions and confessionalities. The second operation is to try to create a theology of religions from the gospels, which, of course, should be inclusive. There are not many elements available to do so, because Jesus' mission was to gather the lost sheep of Israel. But in my understanding, among these included practitioners of other religions. I came to the conclusion that I should undertake this task because all the inclusive models I came to know were not very biblical. Hence the purpose of the work.
